In 2021, the AAPI community is one our country's fastest growing populations, yet the least represented across all levels of government. In the wake of increasing attacks against the AAPI community and the increase of diverse representation in elected office, it is critical that we support and uplift young, progressive AAPI folks that are interested in running for office.

On May 18, Run for Something and New American Leaders Action Fund are hosting a special online event specifically geared at AAPI potential candidates. We want to create safe spaces for AAPI women, AAPI LGBTQIA+, and everyone in-between to ask questions openly and honestly. Learn about the realities of running for office as an AAPI candidate and what we will do to help you run and win.
